Greg gave me and my handyman staff good pointers to fix up the home making it more appealing to the buyer. My family and I were impressed by the sales video which would catch anyone's eye. The most important thing Greg did was to price the home correctly (for an estate) and kept me apprised of the various stages of the sales process. This was very important in the process because the estate was going through probate. We got there! The buyer was pleased; I was pleased!

He knew the market like the back of his hand, and his background as a builder helped us list the home at just the right price. Even with the "fixer" issues, we ended up with a quick, smooth sale, and Greg helped us negotiate a price higher than we had hoped for.
