Meet Betty Dessert

Betty is a graduate of Montville High School and Lee Institute, Brookline, Mass.  Betty also holds her GRI Designation.  31 years of experience in Connecticut in sales, property management and former appraiser.  Betty is the owner of the Christmas House in Montville which is open free every year to the public.  Any donations collected go to children’s charities.  She has also volunteered and worked fund raisers for; Big Brothers-Big Sisters, Relay for Life, Jimmy Fund, MHS Color Guard, MHS Drama Club, MHS Band, MHS Project Graduation, Girl Scouts and Good Shepard Home.  She has 11 grandchildren and 1 great  grandaughter.  Betty also enjoys bowling on the Mr. & Mrs. Friday night league and accompanying her husband (Charles Orr) on their Harley Davidson motorcycle.
